What You’ll Do
As a Mould Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical hands-on role in mould maintenance, repair, and surface restoration for the tools used to manufacture fiberglass components for wind turbines. This role is essential to protecting quality, reducing downtime, and keeping production moving.

• Perform mould maintenance including inspections, repairs, patching, sanding, filling, and refinishing
• Restore mould surfaces to meet quality and production standards
• Repair mould damage such as chips, cracks, surface imperfections, and wear
• Use hand tools, sanding equipment, fillers, and repair materials with precision
• Identify mould issues early and take action before they impact production or quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work closely with production and leadership to prioritize mould maintenance needs
• Support continuous improvement efforts to extend mould life and performance

Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Experience in auto body repair, drywall finishing/repair, fiberglass repair, construction finishing, or similar trade work preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working with tools, sanding equipment, repair materials, and industrial products
• Ability to work in environments that may include heat, noise, dust, and PPE requirements
• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and safely wear a full-face respirator as required for the job
