Under the direction of the Global Procurement Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will handle all responsibilities related to the warehouse, personnel, kitting, and inventory maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage not only the warehouse incoming & outgoing of goods but have the ability to manage multiple kitting departments within the warehouse facility. The right candidate should be able to implement efficient processes to ensure the kitting teams are using time wisely and areas are setup to produce production kits in a timely fashion.
The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining stock levels, ensuring all items are labeled, counted, and identifiable. You must be able to process inventory entries in the company business system, understand lot tracing of goods, and FIFO process. This individual will also provide support and be responsible for the training of new and existing warehouse employees.
Must be able to drive a forklift with a current certification, possess a valid driver's license, and perform basic math functions.
Required Skills/Abilities:
3+ years experience in a supervisory role in a Warehouse setting
Proficient computer skills, data entry and inventory software systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to anticipate and solve problems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi task and handle a fast paced work environment
